Honestly, so have we. We love USAU, but we all know the website can be clunky, and email lists are hard to keep up with for everyone involved. So we started our own little mini site with the resources we think y'all might need in the Metro East!
Here you can find Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director contact info, easy links to events (once they're published), information about each conference and its Conference Championship event, and info about all four Metro East Regional Championship events.
We're still awaiting the updated 2025 College Guidelines, but event bidding is open for the 2025 College Series events. Conferences are set for April 12-13th, with a backup weekend on April 19-20th. Regionals are set for April 26-27th, with a backup weekend on May 3-4th.
The Division-I Metro East Regional Championships have not been announced yet! Stay tuned for an official announcement in January, and Conference Championship announcements in February.

Great question! The Metro East's RD team created this website ourselves. It's just an attempt to centralize information and links so that we can streamline communication and the entire postseason process. We'll continue to make updates throughout the season. If you have something you want to see added, please get in touch!

We're still fielding bids for all 15 of the Metro East's postseason events. Visit the page for your division's conferences and/or regionals to find out more about this year's events as the season gets closer. Events will be awarded and posted in January and February.
USAU's resources can walk you through this process! Please visit the College Homepage, College Guidelines Page, and other resources on the USAU site for more details. If you still have questions, please reach out to your division's DRD or RD.
Remember that to register, you'll need a verified roster through your school's registrar! This process takes longer than you think, and verified rosters are due at HQ by 7:00pm Eastern Standard Time on February 28th. You'll need to register your team for the postseason by March 24th, at which point all team members must have signed waivers and paid their membership fees. The RD team will be in touch later this month with more details. Note that the above dates are pending the final college guidelines approval.
